Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you need another size or just don’t like it, you can return it within 30 days. Returned item must be in new, unused condition and have all original packaging and tags intact.
Sale items, bits and personalized items are final sale and ineligible for return or refunds.
Shipping is nonrefundable and orders that received free shipping will have shipping costs deducted from the final refund
We cannot accept items without original tags!
Please do not wash, oil, or use cleaning/conditioning products
on items before returning.

Saddle Trial/Return
All saddles have the option of a 5 day trial period starting when you receive the saddle. We hope you and your horse will love the saddle, but if you don't, please let us know if you are sending it back by the 5th day of the trial. The saddle should come back in the same condition as received, and the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and insurance are non refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping and full value insurance.
Please notify us before the end of the 5 day trial if you plan to return the saddle. If we are not notified within the 5 day period, the saddle will be considered sold. Please see our Trial Policy for more information on our preowned saddles.
If there is a manufacturer defect, we are happy to work with you.
