M & M Tack Shop wants you to be happy with your purchases so we accept returns on most items, with the exclusion of saddles, within 30 days of receipt of the item.   Just email us at questions@mmtackshop.com to request a return authorization.

We offer a 5-day trial period on our used and many of our new saddles beginning when you receive the saddle.  By the end of the fifth day, please call or email to let us know if you wish to return or exchange the saddle.

Custom made items are not returnable, however, we will make every reasonable effort to make sure that the product fits you and you are happy with it.

The item being returned must be in new, unused condition with its original tags and packaging.

When trying on blankets please lay a sheet over your horse to keep hair and dirt from getting on the blanket.

When trying on girths, leg and bell boots please wrap a bit of plastic wrap around your horse’s foot, leg or the girth.

Please send items back via USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Be sure to insure it and get tracking information.  Include a copy of your receipt and/or packing slip.  Be sure to keep a copy for your records.  M&M Tack Shop is not responsible for items not received for return.

From time to time an item may be defective.  Often, the manufacturer wants to inspect the item to determine if it should be repaired or replaced.  If this is the case, the item must be cleaned prior to sending it back for inspection.  Remember, many of the items we use on our horses are to protect them from injury and designed to break or tear so your horse doesn’t!

Items with protective seals such as fly spray, liniments and supplements that are broken may not be returned.
